  We’re always happy to answer any questions you have about your plants, but sometimes it’s easier to have a face-to-face conversation. For those who are seeking extra support, our Plant Doctor Consultations offer a personalised, one-to-one conversation with Kelly, our Patch Plant Doctor. Kelly is an RHS-trained Horticulturalist with years of practical experience in the field. A video consultation gives you the opportunity to show Kelly your plants and growing space, allowing her to provide in-depth plant care advice and troubleshooting tailored to you and your plant. Your session will be recorded so you have unlimited access to her recommendations. Plus, you’ll receive a £5 voucher for your next order.
